Unless otherwise specified, commercial transactions (quotation, booking or contracting) made through https://niberotours.com, are subject to these terms and conditions; in all bookings, quotations and/or transactions, the person making the booking, quotation and/or transaction shall be deemed to have agreed to possess knowledge and express acceptance of each and every one of the conditions detailed below on behalf of the persons appearing in the booking, quotation and/or transaction in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless made in writing and with the authorization of NIBERO TOURS.
2. Description of the Service
Nibero Tours offers a variety of tours and excursions in and around Punta Cana. Our services include, among others, adventure tours, cultural excursions, water activities and transfers. Detailed descriptions of each tour, prices, schedules and other details are available on our website.
3. Reservations and payment
- All products and services shown on NIBERO TOURS are valid on the dates shown on https://niberotours.com. To book a tour you must complete the required data on our website https://niberotours.com. At the time of issuing the vouchers of quotation, booking or contracting of tourist products and services offered via internet on our site, you must check everything published in the documents or digital files, as accepted, without the right to further claims, otherwise NIBERO TOURS is not responsible for any information that you have not provided directly.
- NIBERO TOURS accepts credit card, debit card and PayPal payments for the contracting of products and services offered through our website https://niberotours.com which are made through secure payment methods.
- By making the reservation you agree to pay the amount specified in the same. To contract the services or products offered by Nibero Tours, you may be required to present a valid photo ID and signature, for security reasons in order to prevent fraud if necessary.
- To book a tour with Nibero Tours, you must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process required on the website https://niberotours.com, which will be considered confirmed once full payment or the percentage of payment listed on the website has been received and Nibero Tours will send you a confirmation email and a representative via WhatsApp will contact you to confirm that the booking was successful.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation of a reservation through https://niberotours.com may result in cancellation charges being applied by Nibero Tours, upon cancellation of any reservation you will receive a notification by email, fax, or telephone with the total cancellation charges.
- By making a reservation for an activity, excursion or tour, you accept its cancellation conditions, as well as other additional terms and conditions that may affect your reservation. If the client does not show up to the booked tour without prior notice or has communicated his intention not to attend after 24 hours prior to the tour, no refund will be made. In case of cancellation within 72 hours prior to the contracted service, this will not entail any type of charge. From that moment on, the reservation or the amount paid will be refunded upon delivery of a medical certificate duly completed and stamped by the health center, which specifies that the customer can not perform the contracted tour. Delays in payment, incorrect bank details, credit or debit card details, invalid or insufficient credit or debit cards are the responsibility of the User and may not benefit from the return or refund of the advance payment (in activities and non-refundable tours) if any of these cases occur, unless the receptive accepts or allows it in their conditions of cancellation and payment in advance. Failure to pay the outstanding amount (partial or total) on the day of the contracted services will result in a surcharge of 20% additional to the total price of the reservation and the customer assumes such payment and authorizes JACKCANA TOURS to do so without prior notice. If you wish to review, modify or cancel your reservation, please consult the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions indicated.
- User responsibilities
- Each tour of our website has specified its itinerary with the activities that are performed in them in detail, which you accept at the time of hiring the excursion being you aware and responsible for their physical condition and health for the realization of each.
- Tour participants must follow the instructions provided by our guides and comply with safety regulations at all times during each tour.
- The person making the reservations must be at least 18 years of age and agrees to be responsible for all participants included in the reservation.
- Each excursion contains its safety and permitted guidelines, which are informed to the client after booking the tour, which Nibero Tours is not responsible for the non-participation of customers who do not comply with these rules at the time of the tour if so deemed by the person in charge of the tour.
- Nibero Tours is not responsible for personal injury, loss of property or any incident during the tour, unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
- Modifications or cancellations by Nibero Tours
- Nibero Tours shall have the right, without restriction, to cancel any reservation made or future reservations, without penalty or relocation consequences, due to events beyond the reasonable control of Nibero Tours, including acts of disaster, fire, earthquake, hurricane in the area, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party offering rescheduling as a first option if possible or refund.
